§ 4-31-12-19 — Possession of controlled substance; penalty
A licensee who possesses a controlled
substance (as defined in IC 35-48) while on the premises of a permit
holder shall be fined, suspended, or fined and suspended by the judges
in accordance with IC 4-31-13.
