§ 4-31-12-18 — Revocation of license
The commission may permanently revoke the license of a person who:
(1)injects a drug;
(2)administers a drench; or
(3)uses an electrical, a mechanical, or other appliance, except the
ordinary whip;
for the purpose of stimulating a horse or affecting its speed in a race.
