§ 4-31-12-16 — Commission; imposition of sanctions against licensee
The commission may impose one (1) or more of the following sanctions against a licensee who violates sections 2 through 13 of this chapter:
(1)Revocation of a license held by the licensee.
(2)Suspension of a license held by the licensee.
(3)A civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000).
