Text
Each development committee shall make
recommendations to the commission concerning an Indiana sires racing
program. If the commission establishes an Indiana sires racing
program, only those horses that were sired by an Indiana stallion are
eligible for races conducted under the program. Stallions residing in
Indiana during the full length of the breeding season are eligible for
registration as Indiana sires. The commission may charge a fee for
registration of Indiana sires.
