Text
A member of a development committee serves
a term of four (4) years. If a vacancy occurs on a development
committee due to the death, resignation, or removal of a member, a
new member shall be appointed to serve for the remainder of the
unexpired term in the same manner as the original member was
appointed under section 4 of this chapter.
