§ 4-31-10-3 — Composition of fund
Indiana·Art. 31 PARI-MUTUEL WAGERING ON HORSE RACES·Ch. 10 Indiana Horse Racing Commission Operating Fund
The fund consists of the following:
(1)Taxes paid into the fund under IC 4-31-9-3(b)(2).
(2)Transfers from the Indiana horse racing commission under IC 4-35-7-12.5.
(3)Appropriations made by the general assembly.
