§ 4-31-10-2 — Establishment; administration
Indiana·Art. 31 PARI-MUTUEL WAGERING ON HORSE RACES·Ch. 10 Indiana Horse Racing Commission Operating Fund
The Indiana horse racing commission operating
fund is established. The fund shall be administered by the commission.
The fund does not revert to the state general fund at the end of a state
fiscal year.
