Text
If the commission proposes to terminate the
contract and certificate of authority of a retailer, the retailer may
continue to operate under the certificate of authority until the
commission has made its decision and all administrative appeals have
been exhausted by the retailer. However, this right to continue to
operate does not apply to a retailer if the commission declares in a
decision to terminate a certificate of authority that an emergency exists
that requires the immediate termination of the contract and certificate.
