Text
The director may create divisions within the
commission and allocate the various functions of the commission
among these divisions. However, to promote and protect the integrity
of and public confidence in the lottery, the division of security created
by IC 4-30-6 is responsible for security matters. The director may not
assign security matters to any other division within the commission.
