Text
The commission is composed of five (5)
members to be appointed by the governor. All members must be
residents of Indiana for at least the two (2) years immediately
preceding the member's appointment. No more than three (3) members
may be of the same political party. Vacancies shall be filled for the
remainder of an unexpired term in the same manner as the original
appointment.
