5.
(a)This section applies to an individual
who:
(1)on July 1, 2013, is a member or a full-time employee of the
commission; or
(2)after June 30, 2013, becomes employed or reemployed as a
member or a full-time employee of the commission.
(b)After June 30, 2013, a member or an employee of the
commission:
(1)is eligible for;
(2)must participate in; and
(3)receives the benefits of;
the public employees' retirement fund under IC 5-10.2 and IC 5-10.3.
