Text

There is created a state lottery commission as a body politic and corporate separate from the state. The commission is composed of five (5) members selected as provided in IC 4-30-4. The commission has the authority to sue and be sued in the name of the commission and to adopt a commission seal and symbol. The commission shall supervise and administer the operation of the Indiana state lottery in accordance with this article.
