Indiana Statutes
§ 4-30-2-6 — "Person" defined
"Person" means an individual, a firm, an
association, a joint venture, a partnership, a limited liability company,
an estate, a trust, a syndicate, a fiduciary, a corporation, or any other
group or combination. The term includes an agency or political
subdivision of the state.
