§ 4-30-14-4 — Disclosure of confidential information relating to the lottery; Level 2 felony

Indiana·Art. 30 INDIANA STATE LOTTERY·Ch. 14 Other Prohibited Acts
A person who, with intent to defraud or with intent to provide a financial or other advantage to the person or another person, knowingly discloses information relating to the lottery that is designated as confidential under this article commits a Level 2 felony.
