Indiana Statutes
§ 4-30-14-2 — Violations; Class A misdemeanor
A person who:
(1)induces another person to assign or transfer a right to claim a
prize;
(2)offers for sale the right to claim a prize; or
(3)offers for compensation to claim the prize of another person;
commits a Class A misdemeanor.
