§ 4-30-11-8 — Tickets purchased or sold in violation of article

Indiana·Art. 30 INDIANA STATE LOTTERY·Ch. 11 Payment of Prizes
A prize may not be paid on a ticket that is purchased or sold in violation of this article or to a person who is prohibited from purchasing a lottery ticket under this article. Such a prize is considered an unclaimed prize for purposes of section 9 of this chapter.
