Text
A prize may not be paid to a person who is less
than eighteen (18) years of age unless the winning ticket was lawfully
purchased and made a gift to the minor. In that case the commission
shall direct the payment to an adult member of the minor's family or the
legal guardian of the minor as custodian for the minor. The person
named as guardian has the same powers and duties as prescribed for a
guardian under Indiana guardianship law.
