§ 4-30-11-2 — Assignment of prize; restrictions
(a)Except as provided in section 2.5 of this
chapter, the right of any person to a prize is not assignable.
(b)A prize may be paid to the estate of a deceased prize winner or
to a person designated under an appropriate judicial order.
