§ 4-3-5-2 — State budget; revenue estimate
The budget agency shall make available to a governor elect and the governor elect's designated representatives information on the following:
(1)All information and reports used in the preparation of the state
budget.
(2)All information on projected income and revenue estimates for
the state.
