Text
(a)The governor's workforce cabinet
established by IC 4-3-27-3 (before its repeal) is abolished.
(b)The following are transferred on July 1, 2025, the effective date
of HEA 1001-2025, from the governor's workforce cabinet established
by IC 4-3-27-3 (before its repeal) to the department:
(1)All real and personal property of the governor's workforce
cabinet.
(2)All powers, duties, assets, and liabilities of the governor's
workforce cabinet.
(3)All appropriations to the governor's workforce cabinet.
(c)All rules or policies that were adopted by the governor's
workforce cabinet before July 1, 2025, shall be treated as though the
rules were adopted by the department until the department adopts new
rules or policies.
(d)After July 1, 2025, a reference to the governor's workforce
