Subject to IC 4-1-6-8.6 and this chapter, the
MPH may exchange electronically recorded information, including
government information, with any person. The MPH may analyze and
exchange electronically recorded information in carrying out the
powers and duties of the OMB and the powers and duties of the person
sharing the electronically recorded information.
