Text
(a)The member of the governor's staff appointed
under section 4(a)(1) of this chapter shall serve as the chairperson of
the commission. The chairperson shall determine the agenda for the
commission.
(b)The member at large appointed under section 4(a)(19) of this
chapter shall serve as vice chairperson of the commission. The
chairperson shall determine the duties of the vice chairperson.
