Text
The commission may do the following:
(1)Request information or presentations from state agencies.
(2)Request and review outcome data from a state agency
involved in the prevention and treatment of substance abuse.
(3)Request information from experts concerning substance abuse.
(4)Make grants to the law enforcement training board created by
IC 5-2-1-3 to carry out the purposes of the technical assistance
center described in IC 5-2-21.2-6.
