Text
To address specific issues, the commission
may establish working groups consisting of individuals appointed by
the chairperson. The chairperson may appoint individuals who are not
members of the commission, including lay members and subject matter
experts, to a working group. Section 7 of this chapter applies to a
member of a working group regardless of whether the member is also
a member of the commission.
