§ 4-3-24-5 — State agency participation in federal grant opportunities
A state agency may not:
(1)apply for federal assistance;
(2)accept federal assistance;
(3)submit or accept amendments for federal assistance; or
(4)make expenditures with state funds in anticipation of federal
assistance;
unless the state agency has received approval to do so from the budget
agency.
