Text
(a)All powers, duties, liabilities, records,
property, appropriations, and employees of the lieutenant governor as
of June 30, 2013, that are related to energy or energy development,
including the center for coal technology research, are transferred to the
office as the successor office.
(b)Rules of the office of the lieutenant governor related to energy
or energy development that were adopted before July 1, 2013, are
transferred to the office and shall be treated after June 30, 2013, as
though they had been adopted by the office.
