§ 4-3-23-5 — Programs administered
The office shall administer the following:
(1)The energy development fund under IC 4-23-5.5-10.
(2)A low interest revolving loan program for certain energy
efficiency or recycling projects under section 9 of this chapter.
(3)The green industries fund under IC 5-28-34, in consultation
with the Indiana economic development corporation.
