§ 4-3-23-4 — Duties
The office shall carry out the duties relating to energy policy that were carried out by the following:
(1)The department of commerce (before its abolishment in 2005).
(2)The office of the lieutenant governor under IC 4-4-2.4 (before
its repeal).
