§ 4-3-23-3 — Indiana office of energy development
(a)The Indiana office of energy development is
established to develop and implement a comprehensive energy policy
for the state.
(b)The governor shall appoint the director of the office. The
director is the chief energy officer of the state and shall report directly
to the governor.
