Text
All instrumentalities, agencies, authorities, boards, commissions, and officers of the executive, including the administrative, department of state government, and all bodies corporate and politic established as instrumentalities of the state shall:
(1)comply with the policies and procedures related to fiscal
management that are established by the OMB and approved by
the governor; and
(2)cooperate with and provide assistance to the OMB.
