Text
The governor shall commission the following:
(1)All officers designated in the Constitution of the State of
Indiana other than members of the general assembly.
(2)All officers elected by the general assembly.
(3)All officers appointed by the governor.
(4)All judges.
(5)All electors and alternate electors for President and Vice
President of the United States.
