§ 4-3-1-4 — Expenses; contingent fund

Indiana·Art. 3 GOVERNOR·Ch. 1 The Governor
The expenses of the necessary furniture, fuel, stationery, and postage of the governor, and such contingent fund as may be appropriated, shall be paid out of the treasury of the state, on the order of the state comptroller, as in other cases.
