Text
In each of its Class III gaming facilities on the
South Bend Site, the Band shall post in a prominent location a notice
to patrons at least two (2) feet by three (3) feet in dimension with the
following language:
NOTICE
THIS FACILITY IS REGULATED BY ONE OR MORE OF THE
FOLLOWING: THE NATIONAL INDIAN GAMING COMMISSION,
BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF
THE INTERIOR, AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE POKAGON
BAND OF POTAWATOMI INDIANS
THIS FACILITY IS NOT REGULATED BY THE STATE OF
INDIANA
