Text
No Class III games of chance, gaming
equipment, or gaming supplies may be purchased, leased, or otherwise
acquired by the Band unless the Class III games, equipment, or
supplies meet the technical equipment standards of the State of Indiana,
the State of Nevada, or the State of New Jersey.
