Text
The Band shall provide to any employee
whose job duties involve the conduct of Class III gaming at any
Gaming Facility pursuant to this Compact, benefits that are
substantially equivalent to the benefits to which the employee would
be entitled by virtue of the Indiana Employment Security Act, (Indiana
P.L.21-1995, Sec. 61, as amended, IC 22-4-1 et seq.), and the Indiana
Worker's Compensation Act, (Indiana P.L.144-1986, Sec. 21, as
amended, IC 22-3-1-1 et seq.) if his or her employment services were
provided to an employer engaged in a business enterprise which is
subject to, and covered by, the respective Public Acts. The Band shall,
or shall require that its insurance carrier provide written notice to the
Worker's Compensation Board of Indiana in accordance with the
requirements of IC 22-
