With respect to other forms of Class III
gaming on internet or mobile platforms authorized under IC 4-29.5-3-5,
the Band shall adopt as part of the Pokagon Band Gaming Regulations
internal control requirements and technical standards that are at least
as stringent as the State internal control requirements and technical
standards for those other forms of Class III gaming on internet or
mobile platforms.
