Text
With respect to sports wagering authorized
under IC 4-29.5-3, the Band shall adopt as part of the Pokagon Band
Gaming Regulations those regulatory standards embodied in Indiana
laws, rules, directives, and regulations related to who may place such
wagers, geofence testing and standards, network diagrams, wager types
and approved events, internal control procedures, change management
for event wagering, and field testing requirements.
