Text
The Band shall not conduct any Class III
gaming within the State outside of the South Bend Site under this
Compact. This prohibition includes accepting any wagers initiated on
any internet or mobile platforms from patrons who are not physically
present on the South Bend Site at the time the wager is initiated.
