Text
All management contracts entered into by
the Band regarding its Class III gaming facilities operated pursuant to
this Compact shall conform to all the requirements of IGRA, including
section 2711, and Band law. If the Band submits to the NIGC for
review a draft management contract for the operation of any Gaming
Facility, the Band shall within seven (7) days of such submission
provide a copy of the draft management contract to the State. Upon
NIGC approval of such management contract, the Band shall within
seven (7) days of the execution of such management contract provide
the State with a copy of the executed management contract.
