Text
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter, this Compact does not authorize the operation of any of the following forms of Class III gaming:
(1)Any form of wagering on live or simulcast horse racing or dog
racing; and
(2)Lottery games as defined in 65 IAC 1-1-1, except to the extent
such games are authorized as approved gambling activities under
IC 4-32.3.
