Text
This Compact is the entire agreement
between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether
written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Neither this
Compact nor any provision herein may be changed, waived,
discharged, or terminated orally, but only by an amendment that meets
the requirements of IC 4-29.5-16.
