Text
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in
this chapter, following the expiration of the Initial Term or the last
Renewal Term, any successor or amended Compact, or any extension
of the Compact pursuant to section 4 of this chapter, this Compact shall
remain in effect for a period of two years (the "Limited Dispute
Period") only for the specific and limited purposes of resolving any
claims or disputes pursuant to IC 4-29.5-7, including any obligations
arising under IC 4-29.5-17.
