Upon completion of the Initial Term, this
Compact shall renew for an additional ten (10) year term (a "Renewal
Term") if, at least three hundred sixty-five (365) days prior to the
expiration of the Initial Term, the Band serves written notice on the
State requesting that the Compact be renewed for a Renewal Term,
unless at least three hundred sixty-five (365) days prior to the
expiration of the Initial Term, the General Assembly of the State, by
concurrent resolution, rejects the renewal of this Compact for the
Renewal Term.
