§ 4-29-3-8 — Submission of amendments to or modification of compact to the General Assembly
If the governor agrees to an amendment to or a
modification of a tribal-state compact, the governor shall submit the
amendment or modification to the general assembly for ratification in
the manner required by section 5 of this chapter.
