§ 4-29-3-7 — Submission of compact to the United States Secretary of the Interior
The secretary of state shall forward a copy of the
executed tribal-state compact and the act of ratification to the United
States Secretary of the Interior for federal review and approval as
required by 25 U.S.C. 2710(d)(8).
