Text
Following the completion of negotiations and
the execution of a tribal-state compact, the governor shall submit a
copy of the executed tribal-state compact to the president pro tempore
of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives for
ratification. To ratify the tribal-state compact, the general assembly
must enact a bill codifying the tribal-state compact in the manner
required by the Constitution of the State of Indiana.
