§ 4-24-6-1 — "Institution" defined

As used in this chapter, the term "institution" shall mean psychiatric, penal, correctional, benevolent, or special educational institutions owned and operated by the state of Indiana. Formerly: Acts 1957, c.242, s.1; Acts 1963(ss), c.7, s.1. As amended by P.L.5-1984, SEC.191.
