The enumeration of the specific powers and
duties in this chapter does not exclude the state library from engaging
in any other activity, not contrary to law, that the Indiana library and
historical board may consider appropriate in the development of library
service to state government, to the libraries and library profession of
Indiana, and to the citizens of the state.
