Text
A representative appointed by the division, in
consultation with the lieutenant governor or the lieutenant governor's
designee, shall be the chief administrative officer for the board and
shall direct and supervise the administrative affairs and technical
activities of the board in accordance with rules, regulations, and
policies established by the board. The division may appoint the
employees as the board may require and the agents or consultants as
may be necessary for implementing this chapter. The division shall
prepare an annual administrative budget for review by the budget
agency and the budget committee.
