Text
As used in this chapter:
(1)"board" refers to the Indiana recycling market development
board created by this chapter;
(2)"division" refers to the division of pollution prevention
established by IC 13-27-2-1; and
(3)"office" refers to the Indiana office of energy development
established by IC 4-3-23-3.
